Staff Nurse

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Minimum 2 years of recent post-license hospital bedside experience.
• Experience must be in a tertiary hospital and in the desired specialty.
• Applicants who are currently unemployed should have less than 6 months of work gap.
• DHA passers are preferred.
• Candidates with GCC experience are preferred.
• Candidates with verified DataFlow are preferred.
• Must have strong clinical knowledge and hands-on hospital bedside nursing experience.
• Ability to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, clinical documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Must be committed to professional nursing standards, patient safety, infection control, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care in a tertiary hospital setting.
• Assess patients’ conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in clinical status.
• Implement nursing care plans according to physicians’ orders and established clinical protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor patients’ responses to medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Perform nursing procedures appropriate to the assigned specialty and level of competency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, medications, and clinical observations.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatment plans, procedures, and health management.
• Maintain strict infection prevention and control practices.
• Follow hospital policies, clinical guidelines, patient-safety procedures, and applicable healthcare standards.
• Recognize and promptly report changes in patients’ conditions or other clinical concerns.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and participate in emergency and resuscitation procedures according to training and hospital protocols.
• Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and professional standards at all times.
• Ensure proper handling and use of medical equipment and supplies.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical education, and service-excellence initiatives.
• Maintain professional nursing knowledge and competencies through continuing education and workplace training.
• Perform other nursing duties appropriate to the assigned department or specialty.

Benefits:

•  Php 120,000 to Php 185,000 total tax-free monthly compensation*​​​​​​
  *Inclusive of allowances for meals, transportation, and accommodation; depending on specialty and years of experience
• 30 days calendar days paid leave per annum
• Covered mobilization and repatriation tickets
• Provides end of service / gratuity as per UAE law
• 3-year contract
• No placement or processing fees
