REGISTERED NURSE

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant hospital experience in one of the following specialties:
  • Labor & Delivery (L&D)
  • Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  • Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in the chosen specialty.
• Experience working in a tertiary or specialty hospital is an advantage.
• Excellent patient assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients within the assigned specialty unit.
• Assess patients’ conditions, monitor vital signs, and accurately document nursing observations and interventions.
• Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment used in critical care, maternal care, neonatal care, or pediatric intensive care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions while maintaining patient safety.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality assurance standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development, clinical training, and hospital quality improvement programs.
• Support and mentor junior nursing staff when required.
• Perform other nursing duties assigned by nursing supervisors and hospital management.
