Registered Nurse (RCC)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Must be a holder of a Professional License/Passed Board or Professional Licensure Examination.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid professional nursing license.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Willing to undergo training and work as a Homecare Nurse.
- Willing to work in a non-stay-in homecare arrangement.
- Able to work under pressure and handle patient care responsibilities effectively.
- Good communication, observation, and documentation skills.
- Responsible, compassionate, and patient-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients’ health conditions and observe any changes in symptoms or overall status.
- Accurately record and report patients’ symptoms, vital signs, and changes in condition.
- Provide appropriate nursing care based on the patient’s needs and established care plan.
- Assist and monitor patients in a homecare setting as assigned.
- Willing to be assigned and trained as a Homecare Nurse.
- Provide homecare nursing services without requiring a stay-in arrangement.
- Communicate patient updates and concerns promptly to the appropriate healthcare professionals or supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient care records and documentation.
- Follow proper infection control, patient safety, and nursing procedures.
- Work effectively under pressure and respond appropriately to urgent patient needs.
- Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality when providing patient care.
