QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Polymer Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of PVC manufacturing and extrusion processes
• Familiarity with quality control standards, including ISO 9001 or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work systematically and maintain accurate documentation

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
• Identify defects or deviations and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
• Support ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management system requirements
