Hofmann Personal is seeking skilled and dedicated Butchers / Meat Processing Workers to join a professional meat processing facility in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing whole animal carcasses, performing precision butchery, preparing meat products for packaging, and ensuring compliance with strict food safety and hygiene standards. This role requires strong technical butchery skills, physical endurance, and a commitment to producing high-quality meat products in a fast-paced production environment.

BUTCHER / MEAT PROCESSING WORKER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Maximum age: 36 years old.
• Must be a first-time overseas worker (no previous overseas work experience).
• Previous professional experience as a Butcher is mandatory.
• Able to independently perform complete carcass breakdown of pigs, cattle, deer, and wild boar.
• Skilled in skinning and removing hides from whole animal carcasses.
• Experienced in deboning, trimming, and removing membranes, sinew, and silver skin.
• Capable of weighing, portioning, packaging, and sealing meat products.
• Able to safely operate meat wrapping and sealing machines.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling heavy meat cuts in a fast-paced production environment.
• Committed to maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work during peak production periods.
• Demonstrates passion for the butchery profession and pride in producing high-quality meat products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complete carcass breakdown of whole animals, including pigs, cattle, deer, and wild boar.
• Skin and remove hides from whole animal carcasses using proper butchery techniques.
• Debone, trim, and prepare meat cuts according to production specifications.
• Remove membranes, sinew, fat, and silver skin to achieve high-quality finished products.
• Weigh, portion, package, and seal meat products in accordance with company quality standards.
• Operate meat wrapping, vacuum sealing, and packaging machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect meat products to ensure quality, freshness, and compliance with production standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations while following sanitation procedures.
• Properly handle, store, and transport meat products while maintaining the cold chain.
• Use knives, saws, grinders, and other butchery equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow production schedules and assist in meeting daily processing targets.
• Comply with company food safety policies, hygiene procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory control and proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Report equipment malfunctions or product quality concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other meat processing and production duties assigned by management.
