Factory Operator

Qualifications:

• Open to Male and Female applicants.
• Age: 20 to 27 years old.
• Height Requirements:
  • Male: 168 cm and above
  • Female: 153 cm and above
• Must be at least an Associate Degree graduate (2-year course or higher) or have completed at least two (2) years of college.
• No factory experience required; first-time applicants are welcome.
• Open to Ex-Taiwan workers.
• Must not be color blind.
• Small tattoos are acceptable.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays if required.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and manufacturing equipment according to company procedures.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company specifications.
• Load raw materials into machines and handle finished products safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area following 5S workplace practices.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality control guidelines.
• Assist with inventory handling, material movement, and production support activities as assigned.
• Accurately complete production records and reports.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and observe all workplace safety rules.
• Perform other production and factory-related duties assigned by management.
