QA QC COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Engineering (Others); Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification acceptable to the user organization.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 5 years of experience as a Quality Auditor, Quality Assessor, or similar quality-related position.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 quality management principles, including quality systems, quality audits, and quality records.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience assessing work procedures, operational systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing, non-conformance management, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Strong analytical, documentation, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and operational teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) for food and beverage operations in accordance with applicable standards and organizational requirements.
• Conduct internal quality audits and assessments of food and beverage processes, procedures, documentation, and operational systems.
• Evaluate work procedures and existing systems to identify areas for improvement, non-conformities, and potential quality risks.
• Prepare audit plans, checklists, reports, findings, and recommendations based on quality assessments.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Maintain and control quality records, audit documentation, procedures, and related QMS records.
• Ensure operational processes comply with established quality standards, policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
• Work closely with management and relevant departments to address quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to personnel regarding quality procedures, audit requirements, documentation, and compliance.
• Analyze quality data and audit findings to identify recurring issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct follow-up audits to verify compliance and ensure identified deficiencies have been properly resolved.
• Prepare professional quality reports and presentations for management review.
• Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access for documentation, data analysis, reporting, and quality-system activities.
