PVC and XLPE EXTRUSION (Machine Operator)

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an industrial production environment is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2 level – understanding and speaking).
  • IT Skills: Basic computer literacy.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, proactivity, teamwork, precision, reliability, accountability.
  • Availability: Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Control: Oversee the entire production process of polymer granulates used for cable insulation (XLPE), filling (HFFR), and sheathing (HFFR, PVC).
  • Production Planning: Maintain a detailed understanding of the production plan.
  • Optimization: Collaborate with the Plant Manager to increase machinery productivity and ensure production quality.
  • Process Monitoring: Ensure machines operate according to prescribed technological regimes.
  • Sampling: Manage and supervise the creation of product samples.
  • Product Launch: Oversee commissioning of new products by implementing correct technological processes.
  • Waste Management: Analyze daily waste, determine root causes, and implement measures to eliminate scrap/defects.
  • Safety and Compliance: Halt production in cases of deviation from processes or safety hazards and report to superiors.
  • Efficiency Oversight: Monitor machine performance, capacity utilization, quality maintenance, and raw material consumption.
  • General Duties: Perform other tasks within the scope of work as assigned by superiors.
