Production Shift Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Plastic Bags & Rolls Manufacturing Company.
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree, Vocational, Technical course, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in blown film extrusion and plastic manufacturing operations is required.
• Proven experience in production supervision or shift leadership roles.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and machine operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Applicant must have a valid passport with at least 1 year validity.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts to achieve daily output targets.
• Monitor blown film extrusion and plastic bag/roll manufacturing processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead production operators and provide guidance to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with procedures.
• Check machine performance, identify operational issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor production schedules, material usage, and manpower allocation during shifts.
• Prepare and maintain shift reports, production records, and operational documentation.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards.
• Train and support production staff on proper machine operation and work procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
