Bitumat Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and physically fit Production Operator (PVC Extrusion Line) to operate and monitor PVC extrusion machinery and support efficient manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine setup, material feeding, production monitoring, quality inspection, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining safe and efficient production processes according to product specifications.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Previous experience operating PVC extrusion machinery or similar industrial production equipment is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of PVC extrusion processes, machine operation, material feeding, and production monitoring.
• Ability to perform machine setup and monitor extrusion operating parameters.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to identify common machine or production problems.
• Good understanding of quality inspection and product specification requirements.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand and follow technical and operational instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing duties in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety, housekeeping, and proper equipment handling.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work as part of a production team.
• Willing to follow company procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Passport ready.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor PVC extrusion machinery to produce products according to approved specifications and production standards.
• Set up extrusion machines and prepare equipment for production runs.
• Load, feed, and monitor raw materials used in the PVC extrusion process.
• Check machine settings and operating parameters to ensure proper production conditions.
• Monitor the extrusion process and make authorized adjustments when necessary.
• Inspect finished PVC products for dimensions, appearance, consistency, and other required quality specifications.
• Identify production defects, irregularities, or inconsistencies and report them to the supervisor.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of extrusion machinery and resolve minor operational issues within authorized procedures.
• Assist maintenance personnel in identifying and addressing machine or equipment problems.
• Monitor production output and maintain efficient operation of the extrusion line.
• Follow established production schedules, work instructions, and operating procedures.
• Conduct routine checks of machinery, tools, and equipment before and during production.
• Assist with machine start-up, shutdown, cleaning, changeover, and routine production activities.
• Maintain proper material handling practices to prevent contamination, damage, and unnecessary waste.
• Record production quantities, quality inspection results, material usage, and other required operational information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production line, workstations, machinery, and surrounding areas.
• Follow proper housekeeping procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with workplace safety requirements.
• Immediately report equipment malfunctions, quality problems, safety hazards, or unusual operating conditions.
• Coordinate with supervisors, quality personnel, maintenance staff, and other production operators to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist in achieving daily production targets while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to quality control, occupational health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Perform other production and machine-operation duties assigned by management.
