Massadr Human Resource Service Company is offering an overseas employment opportunity for a Household Trainer in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for training domestic workers, housemaids, and cleaners in proper housekeeping techniques, household management, and professional cleaning procedures.

HOUSEHOLD TRAINER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or college degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field, as specified in the job qualifications.
• Any degree or diploma may be considered according to the general qualification description; the employer should confirm the accepted educational requirements.
• At least five years of relevant experience, particularly in training cleaners, housemaids, and domestic workers.
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of household management and housekeeping operations.
• Knowledge of cleaning, washing, mopping, laundry, ironing, bed making, and maintaining kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining training records and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct training sessions, demonstrate practical techniques, coach trainees, and evaluate performance.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for cleaners, housemaids, and domestic workers on household management and housekeeping standards.
• Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces.
• Train trainees in sweeping, dusting, mopping, washing, laundry, ironing, bed making, and general household maintenance.
• Teach proper use of cleaning materials, tools, equipment, and household supplies.
• Explain appropriate cleaning methods, hygiene standards, sanitation practices, and safe handling of cleaning products.
• Develop and deliver practical and theoretical training activities based on household management requirements.
• Coach, assess, and evaluate trainees’ skills, work quality, and readiness to perform household duties.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide guidance to help trainees develop their housekeeping skills.
• Maintain accurate training attendance, assessment results, and performance records using basic computer applications.
• Communicate instructions clearly and provide constructive feedback to trainees.
• Ensure that training activities follow established procedures and professional standards.
