PRODUCTION PERSONNEL
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred.
- Age: 25–48 years old.
- Experience in woodworking or CNC machine operation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery, CNC equipment, cutting tools, and production processes is preferred.
- Ability to safely handle wood panels, solid lumber, tools, and machine components.
- Basic understanding of machine setup, tooling, feed rates, and spindle speeds is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to production quality.
- Physically fit and capable of performing production and machine-related tasks.
- Safety-conscious and able to follow machine operating procedures.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a production team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking and CNC machinery according to production requirements and safety procedures.
- Mount, align, and securely install holding fixtures, router bits, drill banks, and saw blades.
- Set up machines and adjust operating parameters for different wood materials and production requirements.
- Adjust machine feed rates, vacuum pod placement, and spindle speeds to prevent burning, splintering, or tool breakage.
- Select and properly feed wood panels or solid lumber into the machine.
- Optimize material layout and cutting patterns to minimize scrap and material waste.
- Monitor machine operation and production output to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Inspect finished wood components for defects and dimensional accuracy.
- Clean dust collection systems and remove accumulated wood chips from machinery and work areas.
- Check lubrication levels and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Inspect cutting tools and replace dull or worn tooling inserts when necessary.
- Report machine faults, production issues, or material defects to the supervisor.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
- PEOS certificate
- Vax Certificate
