UTC Foods Corporation Co. Ltd. is looking for hardworking and reliable Production Operators to join its food manufacturing team in Taiwan. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring food processing activities, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. This position is open to male and female applicants who are willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Male or female applicants are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willing to work in shifts, including overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to comply with company policies and food safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare raw materials and ingredients for food production.
- Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform weighing, mixing, packing, labeling, and palletizing of finished products.
- Inspect products for defects and report any production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production lines, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and workplace hygiene standards.
- Perform basic machine checks and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
- Record production data, output, and quality inspection results accurately.
- Assist with inventory handling and the movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Comply with occupational health and safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other production-related duties assigned by supervisors.
