Accurate Infrastructure Solutions Limited is seeking experienced Pipe Layers to support pipeline construction and civil infrastructure projects in New Zealand. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, aligning, and maintaining pipelines while ensuring compliance with construction drawings, project specifications, and workplace safety standards.

PIPE LAYER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pipeline construction.
• Experience working with large diameter pipes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in trenching and excavation environments.
• Strong understanding of pipe installation, alignment, and grading requirements.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and site procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor construction work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Has IELTS or PTE certification, or willing to take and pass either examination after short-term tutoring.

Responsibilities:

• Install, align, and connect pipelines for civil and infrastructure projects.
• Work with large diameter pipes and ensure proper placement according to project requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Perform pipe laying activities including measuring, cutting, fitting, and joining pipes.
• Assist with trenching, excavation, bedding preparation, and backfilling activities.
• Ensure correct pipe grading, alignment, levels, and installation standards are maintained.
• Inspect pipe installations to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely during pipeline construction activities.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and site regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and construction teams to complete projects efficiently.
• Perform other pipeline construction duties as assigned.
