MIG Welder

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 25 to 35 years old.
• Must possess NC II or WQT certification for MIG Welding.
• Experience in welding steel parts with an average thickness of 8mm, primarily using fillet welds.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Ability to use hand tools such as grinders and fabrication tools.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment and touch-panel systems.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of working in industrial and fabrication environments.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and fabricated parts according to technical specifications.
• Weld steel materials with proper techniques, focusing on fillet welds and structural quality.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding instructions accurately.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welded joints and finished products to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Operate electronic equipment and touch-panel systems related to welding and production operations.
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment and tools.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet project schedules and production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and welding equipment.
