Independent Food Company is seeking energetic and customer-oriented Food Runners to support restaurant operations by ensuring efficient and timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests. The successful candidate will assist service teams in maintaining excellent dining experiences through accurate order handling, proper food presentation, and quality service.

Food Runner

Qualifications:

• Male and Female applicants.
• Age requirement: 23–38 years old.
• Presentable with a confident and professional personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Holder of NC II in Food and Beverage Services or related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to provide excellent service.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to workplace standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables promptly and accurately.
• Ensure proper presentation of dishes before serving to guests.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff, servers, and restaurant management to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify food orders for accuracy, completeness, and special requests before delivery.
• Assist servers with table service and guest requests when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle plates, trays, and food items safely and professionally.
• Provide courteous and efficient support to guests and restaurant team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
