PRE-INSULATED PIPE PRODUCTION MANAGER/ PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Engineering (Industrial); Engineering (Mechanical); Engineering (Others) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in pre-insulated pipe manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of PU Foam/PIR systems, HDPE casing, and steel pipe processing.
- Previous experience with a pre-insulated pipe manufacturing company is required.
- Proven experience in production planning, cost control, and production team management.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and workplace safety.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete production process for pre-insulated pipe manufacturing.
- Ensure proper processing of PU Foam/PIR insulation systems, HDPE casings, and steel pipes.
- Plan and monitor production activities to meet quality, efficiency, and delivery targets.
- Manage production costs, materials, manpower, and resources to maintain operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise production teams while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor production quality and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and defects.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely production operations.
- Implement improvements to production processes, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance.
