FEMALE CHEF

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• 25–40 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or VVIP/private household environment.
• Ability to prepare a wide variety of high-quality daily meals.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• First-time overseas applicants and ex-abroad applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of high-quality daily meals according to established standards and preferences.
• Plan and organize daily meal preparation based on menus, schedules, and requirements.
• Prepare appetizers, main courses, side dishes, soups, salads, desserts, and other meals as required.
• Ensure proper taste, quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency of all prepared dishes.
• Select and inspect fresh ingredients to ensure quality and suitability for cooking.
• Follow proper food storage, preparation, cooking, and handling procedures.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Keep kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations clean and properly organized.
• Monitor ingredient stocks and minimize food waste.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served according to required schedules.
• Adapt recipes and menus according to dietary requirements, preferences, or special requests when necessary.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with household, hotel, or service staff as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working in a VVIP or private environment.
• Perform other culinary duties assigned by management.
