SEMI-AUTOMATIC WELDER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semi-automatic welding or a related welding field.
• Must possess a Certificate of Employment (COE) issued not later than 2021.
• Knowledge and experience in welding processes, metal fabrication, and equipment operation.
• Ability to read basic welding drawings and follow technical instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Willing to work in accordance with Japanese workplace standards, safety procedures, and production requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform semi-automatic welding operations on metal components according to technical specifications and work instructions.
• Set up, operate, and adjust semi-automatic welding machines to achieve proper welding quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions.
• Prepare metal surfaces through cleaning, grinding, cutting, and other required processes before welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and compliance with quality standards.
• Perform corrective welding and repairs when necessary.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas in safe and proper working condition.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work efficiently with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
