Asian Business Communication Cooperative Society is seeking qualified and hardworking applicants for the position of Machining Center Operation Worker in Japan. This opportunity is available under a Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) three-year contract and is suitable for applicants with relevant machining experience who are willing to undergo Japanese language training before deployment.

MACHINING CENTER OPERATION WORKER

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in machining, CNC operation, or a related field, with a Certificate of Employment dated 2021 or earlier, as specified by the employer.
• Must be willing to undergo 3–4 months of free Japanese language training before deployment.
• Must be willing to work under a TITP three-year contract.
• Physically and mentally prepared to work and live abroad.
• Medically fit to work and capable of performing physically demanding factory duties.
• Basic knowledge of machining center operation, CNC machines, cutting tools, and precision measurement is an advantage.
• Willing to learn Japanese language, workplace practices, machine operating procedures, and safety requirements.
• Hardworking, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machining center machines according to production requirements and established operating procedures.
• Prepare workpieces, cutting tools, fixtures, and materials before machining operations.
• Load and position workpieces securely on machining equipment.
• Set and adjust basic machine parameters, cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and other settings according to production specifications.
• Operate CNC machining centers to perform drilling, milling, boring, tapping, cutting, and other machining operations as required.
• Monitor machine operation, cutting conditions, tool performance, and production cycles.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Check machined components for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and other required specifications.
• Identify defective or improperly machined parts and report quality issues to the supervisor.
• Replace worn or damaged cutting tools and perform basic machine adjustments as required.
• Assist with machine setup, tool changes, workpiece changes, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and machine operation records as required.
• Keep machines, tools, workstations, and production areas clean and organized.
• Follow established quality control, production, workplace safety, and equipment operating procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when operating machinery and handling materials.
• Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, safety hazards, and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Perform other machining, machine operation, and production duties assigned by management.
