WASI Steel Industries Factory Co. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to operate and maintain Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines for precision manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine setup, production operations, quality inspection, and basic troubleshooting to ensure components are manufactured according to engineering specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Vocational Degree or technical qualification in CNC Machining, Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a CNC Operator or similar position.
- Knowledge and experience in CNC machine operation, setup, and adjustment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Skilled in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to workplace standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements and technical specifications.
- Calibrate equipment, adjust fixtures, and set cutting speeds, feed rates, and machine parameters as required.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to produce parts with accurate dimensions and tolerances.
- Load materials, install cutting tools, and perform machine adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
- Verify finished components meet required dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform preventive cleaning and routine checks of CNC machines and equipment.
- Identify machine issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
- Maintain proper documentation of production activities and inspection results.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors.
