NURSE

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is required.
• Candidates must be graduates of a nursing program and have at least 2 years of experience in the nursing field.
• Candidates must be holders of a Professional License (passed Board/Bar/Professional License Examination).
• Hospital nursing experience in any department may be considered, subject to the employer’s requirements.
• Must have a valid professional nursing license and be qualified to practice nursing according to applicable regulations.
• Good clinical, communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to follow doctors’ orders, nursing procedures, hospital protocols, and safety standards accurately.
• Ability to work responsibly in a professional hospital environment and adapt to assigned duties and schedules.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical conditions, treatment plans, and individual healthcare needs.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, progress, and overall condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital procedures.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, treatments, procedures, and other clinical activities.
• Perform nursing assessments and promptly report significant changes in patients’ conditions to the appropriate medical staff.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient charts, nursing notes, medication records, and other required clinical documentation.
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and routine nursing procedures.
• Provide appropriate care and support to patients in the assigned hospital department.
• Follow proper infection prevention and control procedures, including hand hygiene and the appropriate use of personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient-care environment.
• Educate patients and their families regarding prescribed treatments, medications, healthcare practices, and appropriate follow-up care as directed.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and provide appropriate comfort and emotional support.
• Observe and follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, professional standards, and patient-safety procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare personnel to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
• Respond appropriately to urgent or emergency patient-care situations within the scope of professional nursing practice.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with applicable healthcare privacy and documentation requirements.
• Properly handle, store, and dispose of medical supplies, equipment, and clinical waste.
• Perform other nursing duties assigned by the hospital according to qualifications and department requirements.
