MSR Recruitment Procedure

With today’s digital world, competencies in the recruitment industry are increasing and getting more complex, but with MSR we will help you make possible!

  1. Head Hunting – Sourcing or Recruitment simply means employment and before we employ the right candidate, MSR has its unique way of targeting quality candidates for our clients. We conduct an in-depth search for specialized positions at targeted locations and always consider quality profiles over quantity.
  2. Screening and Profiling – As we always consider quality over quantity, we assure you that MSR conducts an initial screening for all prospective candidates before CV submission is done. We make it a point to further check candidates on their personality, attitude, education, skills, work experience as well as the legitimacy of certificates. MSR maintains an open communication and transparency for all our candidates. Screening time varies on the number of requirements and ranges from 1 day to 14 days.
  3. CV Submission – MSR value the time of our clients and candidates and as we work closely with them, we only share quality CVs that meets their expectations and their budget. As a result, both sides benefit from this as we can be able to help each other’s goals while meeting the required timeline. CV submission can be done from 1 day to 14 days depends on quantity and level of requirements.
  4. Client Interview – MSR is always ready to assist our clients and candidates, either a face to face or skype or even a phone call interviews. We are here to arrange and help our candidates get prepared for the big day “an interview with client”. We offer briefing or even personal coaching just to make sure our candidates are confident and relaxed on this day. We orient details of our clients, the job, its assignment and benefits and mostly the location and date of interview.

POEA / POLO Accreditation Process

All clients are required to undergo documentations to POLO (Philippine Overseas Labor & Office) verification / authentication at their designated locations worldwide. Once verified, MSR will walk you through the POEA accreditation and be qualified to perform recruitment activities as well as share the benefits of working with your company through your partnered recruitment agency.

  1. Accreditation – All clients are required to undergo POLO. We help this process by providing useful template and contacting POLO staff.
  2. Source Applicants – Conduct an in-depth search for required positions from our huge database.
  3. Screening – Screen according to the client’s specification with filtering database, initial interview, and final screening.
  4. Medical Processing – Help applicants take a medical examination at a tied-up DOH accredited clinic.
  5. Visa / POEA Processing – Proceed with the POEA processing of OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) to be deployed.
