Independent Food Company is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will create a welcoming café experience, maintain product quality, and ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.

Barista

Qualifications:

• Male and Female applicants.
• Age requirement: 23–38 years old.
• Presentable with a confident and professional personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/food service environment is an advantage.
• Holder of NC II in Barista or related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage handling, and café operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to workplace standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other café products according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage preparation equipment properly.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee supplies, ingredients, and café materials.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing café supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Support team members in daily café operations and perform other duties as assigned.
