Independent Food Company is seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to oversee assigned kitchen sections and ensure the preparation of high-quality food products according to company standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily food production, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Male and Female applicants.
• Age requirement: 23–38 years old.
• Presentable with a confident and professional personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude and strong leadership qualities.
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or similar kitchen supervisory role is preferred.
• Holder of NC II in Cookery, Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage an assigned kitchen section and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to workplace standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee an assigned section of the kitchen during food preparation and service.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, portion control, and plating standards.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise and support Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff within the assigned section.
• Monitor food preparation processes and ensure timely completion of orders during service.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist in menu preparation, recipe implementation, and kitchen improvements.
• Report equipment issues, inventory concerns, and operational problems to supervisors.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Chef or management.
