WASI Steel Industries Factory Co. is seeking an experienced and capable Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The successful candidate will lead assigned teams, coordinate workflow, and support continuous improvement in fabrication operations.

SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of different machines and equipment used in fabrication operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage production demands effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to workplace standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance to achieve production targets.
• Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure quality work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production teams, maintenance personnel, and management to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor production activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to workers to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure proper use and handling of fabrication machines, tools, and equipment.
• Identify production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate reports related to production progress, manpower, and operational concerns.
• Ensure workplace safety practices are followed at all times.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
