Independent Food Company is seeking a professional and customer-focused Hostess to provide a welcoming experience for guests and support smooth restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, managing seating arrangements, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Male and Female applicants.
• Age requirement: 23–38 years old.
• Presentable with a confident and professional personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Associate, or in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Holder of NC II in Food and Beverage Services, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to workplace standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Assist customers upon arrival and provide information regarding seating arrangements and restaurant services.
• Manage guest seating plans and coordinate table assignments efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Monitor dining areas and assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Manage reservations and waiting lists according to company procedures.
• Support restaurant operations and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
