Grapecare Limited is seeking dedicated and hardworking Meat Processing Operators to join its poultry processing team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for processing, trimming, and preparing poultry products while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality.

The ideal candidate has experience in meat production, is comfortable working in cold environments, and is willing to learn and adapt to workplace requirements.

Meat Processing Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in meat production or a related food manufacturing environment.
• Must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Experience in meat processing and working in cold environments is required.
• Experience in poultry production is highly preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Willing to learn the Czech language.
• TESDA Certification is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Clean, trim, and prepare poultry meat using knives and other processing tools.
• Stack and arrange processed poultry meat onto trays for packaging or further processing.
• Inspect meat products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for meat processing and product handling.
• Work efficiently in a cold production environment with temperatures ranging from 5°C to 8°C.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management.
