Grapecare Limited is seeking experienced Injection Molding Machine Operators to operate assigned injection molding machines and support efficient manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will collect and stack finished products, perform quality inspections, follow production procedures, and maintain a safe and organized workplace. Applicants must be willing to work continuous shift operations with 12-hour day/night rotations.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional work experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Experience as an Injection Molding Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing position is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of injection molding production processes is preferred.
- Ability to inspect finished products and identify quality defects.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive production and material-handling tasks.
- Able to follow production instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Responsible, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
- Able to work effectively as part of a manufacturing team.
- Willing to work continuous shift operations, including 12-hour shifts with day/night rotation.
- Willing to work in the Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned injection molding machines according to production procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor machine operation and production output during the assigned shift.
- Collect finished products from injection molding machines.
- Inspect products thoroughly for defects and ensure they meet established quality requirements.
- Stack finished products on pallets according to the prescribed template.
- Ensure products are properly arranged and prepared for subsequent handling or shipment.
- Identify defective or non-conforming products and report them to supervisors.
- Monitor the production process and immediately report machine or production issues.
- Follow established quality control and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Follow workplace health and safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Assist with other production activities as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
