Job Vacancy: Production Machine Technician (Electromechanic)

Grapecare LTD. is seeking qualified and experienced Production Machine Technicians (Electromechanics) to support automated production operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of production machines and automated systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

Production Machine Technician (Electromechanic)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or related fields.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance of machines and production equipment, preferably in an automated production environment.
  • Experience in servicing and maintaining production machines and automated systems.
  • Hands-on expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting, pneumatic systems, robotics, sensor technology, and other automation processes.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery using advanced technologies.
  • Good technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to provide a copy of College Diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of production machines and equipment.
  • Refill and monitor operating fluids, consumables, and other machine requirements.
  • Assist with the assembly and manufacturing of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Record all maintenance activities and service reports in internal systems.
  • Modify, update, and back up machine and robot programs.
  • Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment faults.
  • Maintain and support automated production systems and machinery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve machine performance.
  • Participate in technical training programs and occasional business trips abroad.
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards during all maintenance activities.
