Universal Cold Store Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Egg Tray Manufacturing Machine) to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair egg tray manufacturing machinery used in pulp molding and packaging operations. The successful candidate will ensure equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably while minimizing downtime and maintaining production quality standards.

Maintenance Technician (Egg Tray Manufacturing Machine)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role.
• Technical knowledge and practical experience related to industrial machinery maintenance and equipment repair.
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance, poultry production, feed mills, hatcheries, processing plants, egg tray manufacturing, or pulp molding operations.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical equipment, motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, conveyors, and production machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, maintenance manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on egg tray manufacturing machines and related production equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Maintain pulp molding machines, forming equipment, drying systems, conveyors, compressors, vacuum pumps, hydraulic units, cutting machines, and packaging equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment wear, damage, leaks, or potential failures before breakdowns occur.
• Perform lubrication, alignment, calibration, cleaning, and adjustment of machinery according to maintenance schedules and manufacturer recommendations.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and restore machinery to operational condition with minimal production downtime.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, maintenance manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and production equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production personnel to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair reports, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), workplace safety regulations, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance workshops, tools, and work areas.
• Perform other maintenance duties assigned by management.
