We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment while ensuring efficient production, quality standards, and workplace safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling machine operations, monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, and handling materials according to company procedures.
MACHINE OPERATOR (Manufacturing)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2โ3 years of manufacturing or related work experience.
- Experience operating industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Ability to read and navigate Human-Machine Interface (HMI) panels.
- Experience in rolling, finishing, testing, packaging, and material handling operations.
- Experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems is an advantage.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, production procedures, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work shifts and comply with company policies and workplace requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machines and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read, interpret, and navigate Human-Machine Interface (HMI) control panels.
- Monitor machine performance, production parameters, and process conditions.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle production activities including rolling, finishing, testing, packaging, and material handling.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet required specifications.
- Record production data, equipment status, and process information accurately.
- Identify machine issues, defects, or irregularities and report them to supervisors.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment.
