MACHINE OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience in manufacturing, raw material preparation, spray drying, or similar production operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, production processes, and equipment maintenance.
- Able to monitor and record production data and machine parameters accurately.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of 5S, workplace safety, and proper PPE use.
- Responsible, attentive to detail, and able to identify and report equipment or process abnormalities.
- Able to work effectively as part of a production team and under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Operate raw material preparation equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor the batching and mixing of raw materials to ensure proper proportions and consistency.
- Check moisture content, particle size, and slurry consistency according to production specifications.
- Operate spray dryer equipment and monitor powder moisture levels to meet required specifications.
- Inspect machinery and equipment before, during, and after operation.
- Monitor machine performance and production parameters to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Record production data, machine parameters, and operational readings accurately.
- Report abnormalities, equipment malfunctions, and process deviations to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance personnel.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with 5S standards in the work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Ensure proper handling and use of raw materials, tools, and production equipment.
- Assist in maintaining continuous and efficient production operations.
- Perform other machine operation and production-related duties as assigned.
