Specialized Industrial Services Co. Ltd. (SISCO) is seeking experienced Land Surveyors to support oil and gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, establishing site layouts, and providing accurate measurements to ensure project activities are carried out according to engineering plans and specifications.

LAND SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 49 years old.
• Open to first-time applicants and ex-abroad workers.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction, industrial, or oil and gas environments.
• Proficient in using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other modern surveying equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, survey maps, and technical documents.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding outdoor construction site conditions.
• Strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys for oil and gas project sites.
• Establish control points, benchmarks, and site reference coordinates.
• Perform site layout, setting out, and alignment for pipelines, foundations, structures, roads, and utilities.
• Operate surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, levels, and other surveying tools.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, survey plans, and construction specifications.
• Record, calculate, and verify survey data to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Prepare survey reports, field notes, as-built drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and construction teams to ensure proper project execution.
• Ensure surveying activities comply with project specifications, client requirements, and quality standards.
• Follow company policies and oil and gas industry health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Perform other surveying duties as assigned by the employer.
