Telemu No. 16 Limited is seeking an experienced Supply / Logistics Supervisor to oversee supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement support, managing inventory activities, supervising logistics processes, and ensuring the timely movement and availability of materials required for company operations.

SUPPLY/LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in construction, engineering, retail, or industrial operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics procedures.
• Good organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and inventory activities.
• Coordinate the receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.
• Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures.
• Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and logistics schedules to ensure timely operations.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports, inventory updates, and operational documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding supply requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational delays.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of materials in compliance with safety standards.
• Support procurement and operational teams as required.
• Perform other supply and logistics duties assigned by management.
