Inventory Executive

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in inventory control, stock management, or a similar field.
• Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of stocktake management, variance investigation & analysis, inventory control, and reporting.
• Strong skills in cross-department coordination, process control, and compliance monitoring.
• Proficient in MS Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
• Leadership and supervisory ability to manage teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels across all departments.
• Stock Counting: Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in inventory.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances in a timely manner.
• Coordination with Warehouse: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
• Inventory Reporting: Prepare and present inventory reports for management review, highlighting key data and trends.
• Shipment Tracking: Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to inventory management procedures, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast and plan stock needs based on demand.
• Systems Maintenance: Maintain inventory management systems, databases, and assist in regular inventory audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
