Telemu No. 16 Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Officer to provide efficient administrative support and coordination for company operations in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office processes, maintaining records, coordinating documentation, and supporting various departments to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Commerce, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience.
- Experience in mining, construction, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, or resource-sector operations is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and records.
- Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to daily company operations and departmental activities.
- Manage, organize, and maintain company files, records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate office communications, meetings, schedules, and internal requirements.
- Maintain accurate databases and filing systems.
- Assist in document control, data entry, and administrative reporting.
- Support human resources, procurement, logistics, and operational teams when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for administrative matters.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with administrative procurement activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
