Peloton Workready Pty. Ltd is seeking experienced Landscape Gardeners for opportunities with established Australian employers. The successful candidates will be responsible for creating, installing, and maintaining high-quality outdoor landscapes, including garden areas, lawns, irrigation systems, and landscape structures. Candidates with strong experience in both soft and hard landscaping are encouraged to apply.

LANDSCAPE GARDENER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Landscape Gardener, Landscaper, or similar role.
  • Strong experience in soft landscaping and hard landscaping works.
  • Skilled in preparing and shaping garden beds, lawns, and outdoor spaces.
  • Experience in planting, turf installation, paving, edging, and landscape construction.
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems, drainage, soil preparation, mulching, and fertilising.
  • Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
  • Knowledge of plant care, pest control, pruning, trimming, and garden maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform landscape construction, garden installation, and outdoor maintenance works.
  • Prepare, level, shape, and maintain garden beds, lawns, and outdoor areas.
  • Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and other landscape materials according to design plans.
  • Install and maintain lawns, garden beds, edging, paving, retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
  • Operate landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot irrigation and drainage systems.
  • Perform soil preparation, mulching, fertilising, pruning, trimming, and general plant care.
  • Identify and manage plant health issues, including pest control and maintenance requirements.
  • Read and follow landscape plans, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures and Australian industry standards.
  • Perform other landscaping duties as assigned by the employer.
