AIRO is seeking a skilled and technically capable Architect to join its professional architectural team in Romania. The successful candidate will contribute to architectural projects across concept development, technical design, and execution while supporting digital workflows through specialized software such as Revit, BIM tools, and emerging AI-based architectural applications.

ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be a Professional License holder (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
  • Strong IT aptitude, including the ability to install, manage, configure, and update specialized software such as Revit.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM-based architectural workflows is highly preferred.
  • Ability to create Dynamo scripts for Revit/BIM is an advantage, or willingness and ability to learn Dynamo relatively quickly.
  • Ability to analyze and work with specialized software, digital tools, and AI-based plugins used in architectural design.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and technical documentation processes.
  • Ability to monitor and optimize digital workflows throughout project development.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in architectural drawings, models, and documentation.
  • Ability to participate effectively in project stages from concept and technical design through execution.
  • Willingness to learn new architectural technologies, software, automation tools, and AI-assisted design applications.
  • Good communication, coordination, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a professional architectural environment in Romania.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, models, and technical documentation according to project requirements.
  • Participate in all stages of architectural projects, including concept development, technical design, and project execution.
  • Use specialized architectural software, including Autodesk Revit, to develop and manage digital building models.
  • Install, configure, manage, and update specialized architectural and design software.
  • Monitor and optimize digital workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and project delivery.
  • Develop, review, and maintain architectural models and documentation using BIM-based workflows.
  • Coordinate architectural designs and digital models with other project disciplines when required.
  • Review drawings, models, and technical documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify and resolve design, modeling, documentation, and workflow issues.
  • Explore and apply digital tools, software, and technologies that can improve architectural design processes.
  • Analyze and work with AI-based plugins and software used in architectural design as these technologies become integrated into project workflows.
  • Create or assist in creating Dynamo scripts for Revit/BIM automation where applicable.
  • Learn and implement Dynamo and other digital automation tools to streamline repetitive architectural tasks.
  • Maintain organized architectural files, models, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, BIM specialists, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure architectural deliverables comply with applicable project standards, specifications, and professional requirements.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, drawings, schedules, and other project deliverables.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical input when required.
  • Keep up to date with developments in architectural software, BIM technology, automation, and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Perform other architectural and digital workflow duties assigned by management.
