REVIT ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
  • Must be a Professional License holder (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
  • Must have hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit.
  • Must have experience using Dynamo for Revit/BIM.
  • Strong IT aptitude with the ability to install, manage, configure, and update specialized software such as Revit.
  • Ability to create Dynamo scripts for Revit/BIM automation is highly preferred.
  • Candidates without advanced Dynamo scripting skills should have the ability and willingness to learn the software quickly.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and architectural modeling processes.
  • Ability to analyze and work with specialized software, digital tools, and AI-based plugins used in architectural design.
  • Good technical, analytical, problem-solving, and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in architectural modeling and documentation.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in a professional architectural environment in Romania.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, modify, and maintain detailed architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
  • Prepare accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models based on project requirements.
  • Ensure Revit models are organized, accurate, coordinated, and compliant with established project standards.
  • Create and update BIM documentation and architectural deliverables using Revit.
  • Coordinate architectural models and information with other project disciplines when required.
  • Review drawings and models to identify inconsistencies, errors, clashes, or missing information.
  • Apply appropriate Revit families, templates, parameters, views, sheets, and documentation standards.
  • Install, configure, manage, and update Revit and other specialized architectural software.
  • Troubleshoot basic software and workflow issues related to Revit and BIM applications.
  • Develop or assist in developing Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive Revit and BIM-related tasks.
  • Use Dynamo to improve modeling efficiency, documentation, data management, and workflow automation where applicable.
  • Learn and apply new BIM tools, software, plugins, and digital technologies relevant to architectural design.
  • Explore and evaluate software or AI-based plugins that can improve architectural design, modeling, documentation, and project workflows.
  • Assist in implementing new digital tools and software solutions within architectural processes.
  • Maintain organized project files, models, drawings, and digital documentation.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, BIM professionals, and other project team members to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure all architectural work follows applicable project standards, specifications, and professional requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the design, modeling, and documentation process.
  • Perform other architectural, BIM, Revit, and software-related duties as assigned by management.
