Abdulrahman Al Bader Sons Co. for Trading and Contracting Co. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee EPC in-plant projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction activities for pipeline, petrochemical, refinery, and oil & gas projects while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and quality standards.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager in EPC in-plant projects involving pipelines, petrochemical plants, refineries, or oil & gas facilities.
• Strong project management experience in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries.
• Proficient in the latest version of Primavera and other project management software.
• Experience in Oil & Gas refinery shutdowns and turnaround projects is required.
• PMP and/or RMP certification is an advantage.
• Previous Saudi Arabia/GCC experience, preferably on Saudi Aramco projects, is highly preferred.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise all construction activities for EPC in-plant projects.
• Manage construction works related to pipelines, petrochemical plants, refineries, and oil & gas facilities.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize Primavera and other project management tools to monitor schedules, progress, and project performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, quality requirements, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Lead site teams during refinery shutdowns, maintenance projects, and plant turnaround activities.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to Saudi Aramco and client-specific standards where applicable.
