SR. PROJECT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in project management, preferably in construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects from start to finish.
- Manage project budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement of materials and suppliers.
- Lead the hiring and coordination of project team members.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure project goals align with organizational needs and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular project meetings (at least once a week) with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure project progress and team alignment.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
- Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
