SR. PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in project management, preferably in construction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement of materials and suppliers.
  • Lead the hiring and coordination of project team members.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure project goals align with organizational needs and budget constraints.
  • Conduct regular project meetings (at least once a week) with team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure project progress and team alignment.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
