DHE Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Villa Caretaker Couple to manage the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of a private villa in Greece. The ideal candidates are a married couple who can work together to ensure the property is well-maintained, organized, and provides a comfortable environment for residents and guests.

VILLA CARETAKER (Couple)

Qualifications:

• Married couple preferred.
• Both applicants must have relevant work experience related to their assigned roles.
• Valid passport and complete employment requirements are an advantage.
• Maintenance Technician:
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical work, or light construction/maintenance.
  • Knowledge of basic repairs and general property maintenance.
  • Ability to perform handyman and troubleshooting tasks.
• Housekeeper:
  • Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hotel, or villa maintenance.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Villa Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs around the villa.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical work, and light construction or maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common property maintenance issues.
• Maintain villa equipment, fixtures, and facilities in good working condition.
• Coordinate with external technicians or contractors when major repairs are required.
• Ensure maintenance work is performed safely and efficiently.

Villa Housekeeper:

• Perform daily housekeeping, cleaning, and organization of villa areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as required.
• Properly use cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Manage laundry, linens, and household organization.
• Ensure the villa remains comfortable, hygienic, and guest-ready at all times.
