Purchasing Staff
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred.
- Age: 25–45 years old.
- Must have completed a vocational course or related program.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
- Experience in purchasing, sourcing, vendor coordination, or materials procurement is preferred.
- Good negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to compare quotations, monitor orders, and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Basic knowledge of procurement procedures, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, logistics teams, warehouse personnel, and internal departments.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and office documentation.
- Reliable, organized, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and evaluate local and international suppliers and vendors.
- Source materials, equipment, supplies, and other products based on company requirements.
- Request and obtain price quotations from qualified suppliers.
- Compare supplier prices, product specifications, delivery schedules, and terms.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery arrangements, and other purchasing conditions when required.
- Prepare, review, issue, and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Track inbound shipments and coordinate with delivery and logistics teams.
- Coordinate with warehouse and store officers to monitor stock levels and material requirements.
- Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries.
- Verify purchasing documents and ensure orders are properly authorized and processed.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, supplier agreements, and compliance documents.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining reliable vendor relationships.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Report purchasing issues, price changes, shortages, and delivery concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform other purchasing and procurement-related duties as assigned.

- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
- PEOS certificate
- Vax Certificate
