SWEETS MAKER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Experience in food production, baking, confectionery, or a related field is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, baking, and food handling practices.
- Ability to follow recipes, production instructions, and quality standards accurately.
- Good manual dexterity and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to learn new techniques and undergo company training.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in the production of sweets, desserts, pastries, and confectionery products according to approved recipes.
- Measure, mix, cook, bake, decorate, and package products while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Follow production schedules to ensure products are prepared and delivered on time.
- Operate baking and food preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor product quality throughout the preparation and production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, equipment, and production areas.
- Handle food ingredients in accordance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Properly store raw materials, finished products, and ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
- Assist with inventory control by monitoring ingredient usage and reporting shortages.
- Follow supervisors’ instructions and adhere to company production procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform other food production duties assigned by management.
