SWEETS MAKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Experience in food production, baking, confectionery, or a related field is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, baking, and food handling practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, production instructions, and quality standards accurately.
• Good manual dexterity and time management skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willing to learn new techniques and undergo company training.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and assist in the production of sweets, desserts, pastries, and confectionery products according to approved recipes.
• Measure, mix, cook, bake, decorate, and package products while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Follow production schedules to ensure products are prepared and delivered on time.
• Operate baking and food preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality throughout the preparation and production process.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, equipment, and production areas.
• Handle food ingredients in accordance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Properly store raw materials, finished products, and ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with inventory control by monitoring ingredient usage and reporting shortages.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions and adhere to company production procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Perform other food production duties assigned by management.
