DAESHIN Plant Construction Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Iron Worker to join its industrial construction projects in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, and assembly of steel structures and reinforcement works while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Oil and Gas and Power Plant projects, with strong skills in structural steel installation, fabrication, and industrial construction works.

IRON WORKER

Qualifications:

• Must have a VALID TRC.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the same position as an Iron Worker.
• Proven experience in Oil and Gas and Power Plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, installation, and erection works.
• Ability to read and understand structural drawings and technical documents.
• Experience using ironwork tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial construction safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform steel fabrication, installation, and assembly works according to project requirements.
• Install and assemble structural steel components, supports, platforms, frames, and related structures.
• Perform steel reinforcement, fitting, cutting, and preparation works as required.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Measure, cut, position, and secure steel materials accurately.
• Assist in the erection and alignment of steel structures at project sites.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely for ironwork and structural installation activities.
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper alignment, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with welders, fitters, supervisors, and other construction personnel.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
