INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING WORKER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only, as specified by the employer.
• Applicants must be first-time workers in Japan and qualified for the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) Visa.
• At least a high school graduate.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience as a factory worker, particularly as a plastic molder.
• Experience operating or assisting with plastic molding machines is highly preferred.
• Willing to study the Japanese language for approximately 2½ months after passing the employer’s interview.
• Free tuition fee will be provided for the required Japanese language training.
• Must have no visible tattoos, as required by the employer.
• Physically fit and capable of performing factory and production-related duties.
• Good communication skills.
• Hardworking, reliable, responsible, and disciplined.
• Able to follow instructions, production procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Able to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines according to production requirements and operating procedures.
• Prepare machines, molds, materials, and equipment before starting production.
• Monitor machine performance and production processes to ensure smooth operation.
• Make basic machine adjustments as instructed to maintain proper production conditions.
• Check machine settings and operating parameters during production.
• Inspect finished plastic products for quality, defects, dimensions, and proper specifications.
• Identify and separate defective or improperly molded products.
• Maintain consistent production quality and meet required production standards.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and basic maintenance of plastic molding machines.
• Report machine malfunctions, production issues, defective products, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow established workplace safety procedures when operating machinery and handling materials.
• Keep the work area, machines, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow production schedules, company policies, and instructions from supervisors.
• Work cooperatively with other factory and production workers.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to plastic molding and production as assigned by the employer.
