HYDRAULIC WORKSHOP MECHANIC

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate with a Diploma or certification related to the field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas construction projects and GCC countries.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic diagrams and technical documentation.
• Good communication skills and physically fit for workshop and field maintenance work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and overhaul hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinders, valves, motors, hoses, and related components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic equipment used in construction and industrial operations.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic faults using technical manuals, diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
• Disassemble, inspect, clean, replace, and reassemble hydraulic components to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct pressure testing and performance testing of repaired hydraulic equipment before returning it to service.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair reports, and equipment service documentation.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of repair work.
