Pacific International Hospital is seeking a qualified Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and workforce development while ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Executive, or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrable experience using HR metrics to support business decisions and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and human resource management practices.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage and communicate with employees at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, ethical, and highly confidential in handling employee information.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs.
- Oversee performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare workforce-related reports for management.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers regarding HR-related issues and decision-making.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
